Our Data Protection Officer can be reached at dpo@yoffice.ai. We aim to acknowledge every email within two business days.

Privacy team

For data subject access requests, deletion requests, opt-outs, and general privacy enquiries, write to privacy@yoffice.ai. We respond to substantive requests within one month, as required by GDPR Art. 12(3).

Security disclosures

Found a vulnerability? Please email security@yoffice.ai. We acknowledge reports within two business days and do not pursue legal action against good-faith researchers acting within the scope of our responsible disclosure policy.
