Delete my account
Effective date: 2026-05-16
Use this form to request deletion of your Your Office AI account without signing in. We will email a confirmation link to verify you own the address before any data is removed.
Form submits live. Requests go directly to our deletion queue. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 30 minutes (check spam first), email privacy@yoffice.ai and we will process the request manually within one calendar month (GDPR Art. 12(3)).
What happens after you submit
- We send a confirmation email to the address you enter.
- When you click the link, we mark the account for deletion and start a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel.
- After the grace period, your personal data is hard-deleted across every workspace you belong to. Shared content is anonymised so collaborator history is preserved without identifying you.
- We retain a minimal anonymised audit record for legal-claim defence (GDPR Art. 17(3)(e)) for up to 12 months.

If you can sign in, Account Settings → Privacy & data → Delete my account is the fastest route — it uses the same backend but skips the email-verification step.
