Cookie & SDK Notice
Effective date: 2026-05-16
We use a minimal set of cookies and SDKs. Essential ones are required to run the service; non-essential ones only load after you opt in via the consent banner.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file stored on your device that helps a website remember you across pages and visits. Similar technologies — local storage, session storage, and SDK identifiers — are covered by this notice too.
2. Cookies and storage we use
| Name | Purpose | Type | Duration | Lawful basis |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| cc_session | Maintains your signed-in session. | Essential | Session | Contract |
| cc_refresh | Refreshes your authentication token without re-login. | Essential | 30 days | Contract |
| cc_csrf | Protects against cross-site request forgery. | Essential | Session | Legitimate interest |
| cc_consent | Stores your cookie preferences. | Essential | 12 months | Legitimate interest |
| Embedded content (contact form, video) | Loads third-party functional content you request — such as our contact form or product videos — which may set its own cookies. | Non-essential | Varies by provider | Consent |
| _ga, _gid (Firebase Analytics) | Aggregated product usage analytics. | Non-essential | 24 hours to 2 years | Consent |
| Firebase Crashlytics local cache | Records crash and stability data. | Non-essential | Until cleared | Consent |
3. How to manage your preferences
You can update your choices at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer, or with the button below. In the app you can also manage consents from Account Settings → Privacy & data. You can clear cookies in your browser too, although doing so will sign you out of essential sessions.
4. Third-party SDKs
Non-essential SDKs (such as Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics) only initialise after explicit consent. A complete list of processors that may receive data is on the sub-processor page.
5. Do Not Track
We treat all non-essential telemetry as opt-in regardless of your browser's Do Not Track header. You do not need to enable DNT to prevent analytics — simply decline non-essential cookies.
