Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-05-16

These terms govern your access to and use of Your Office AI. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by them.

1. The agreement

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and Ritter Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt), the operator of Your Office AI. If you accept these terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Your Office AI. You will tell us promptly at security@yoffice.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Your Office AI to:

break the law, infringe rights, or harm others;
upload malware or attempt to compromise the platform;
scrape, mirror, or resell the service without our permission;
use AI features to produce content that is unlawful, defamatory, or designed to deceive;
circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security controls.

4. Content and ownership

You retain all rights to the content you upload, post, or generate. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display that content solely as needed to operate the service for you. We do not use your content to train models unless you explicitly opt in (see the Privacy Policy).

5. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated output is provided as-is and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before acting on it. Your Office AI is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).

6. Subscriptions and fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing on renewal by giving at least 30 days' notice.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if your use poses a security or legal risk, or if required by law. You may close your account at any time via Account Settings or the public Delete my account form.

8. Warranties and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability for any claim under or in connection with these terms is capped at the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Hamburg, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
