Connect your existing tools so the AI has real context and your workflows can act across systems. Your Office AI ships a catalogue of 60+ integrations across 11 categories — one-click OAuth is live today for Google Calendar, Drive, Mail, and Tasks, the rest of the catalogue is mapped and on the way, and you can always define your own.

How connecting works
Open Integrations from the navigation rail to browse the catalogue. How you connect depends on the tool:- one-click OAuth is live today for Google Calendar, Drive, Mail, and Tasks — Your Office AI uses Nango to run the redirect and refresh tokens for you, so you authorise access once and you're done. The rest of the 30-provider OAuth catalogue is mapped and documented, and shows as Coming soon until it goes live.
- the rest of the catalogue is mapped to the credential style the provider expects — an API key, a token, basic auth, or a service-account credential — and rolls out the same way.
The integration catalogue
The catalogue is organised into eleven categories so you can find tools by the job they do — spanning both providers you can connect today and ones on the roadmap:

The Standard integrations page lists all 30 providers in the OAuth catalogue, grouped by category, with the read and write actions each is designed to expose. Google Calendar, Drive, Mail, and Tasks are connectable today; the rest are on the way.
How integrations power the AI
Once connected, an integration shows up across Your Office AI:
- AI context add an integration with
#in chat so the AI can pull live data (e.g. your calendar or a Drive file) into its answer. - Mentions detection references like ticket keys or events are detected and surfaced as actionable cards. See Chat.
- Workflow triggers & actions start a workflow on an integration event, and perform integration actions as steps.
- Agent tools grant an agent specific integration actions it may call.
Admin governance
Because integrations can cost money and consume call quotas, admins govern them per integration:

| Monetary spend cap | A per-integration budget; the integration auto-disables when it's exhausted. |
| Monthly call quota | A cap on calls per month per integration. |
| Sync & triggers | Configure how often data syncs and which events fire workflows. |
Every integration cap has a hard positive minimum, so limits are always explicit. Setting a monthly call quota to 0 disables the integration — it never grants unlimited calls. See Settings for organization-wide budgets and entitlements.
Managing connections
- Enable / disable a connection without losing its configuration.
- Reconnect if a token expires, by re-running the consent flow.
- Remove a connection to revoke access and delete cached credentials.
Integration context is scoped to your organization and your authorisation. The AI only ever sees data you connected and were granted access to — never another tenant's, and never beyond the scopes you approved.
