Keyboard Shortcuts
Your Office AI keeps its shortcuts focused and predictable. This is the complete set — the keys below cover sending and composing, searching, moving through pickers and lists, and working through approvals.
Your Office AI does not have a sprawling global keymap or a command palette. The shortcuts here are the ones that exist; everything else is a click away.
Sending & composing
In the chat composer:

| Enter | Send the message. |
| Shift + Enter | Insert a line break without sending. |
| ⌘ Enter / Ctrl + Enter | Submit — send the message or confirm the current action. |
| Esc | Dismiss the open picker, panel, or dialog. |
Context & mention pickers
Type # to add context (agents, prompts, knowledge, integrations, skills, memory) or @ to mention people and the AI. While a picker is open:

| ↑ / ↓ | Move the selection up or down the list. |
| Enter / Tab | Choose the highlighted item. |
| Page Up / Page Down | Jump a page through a long list. |
| Home / End | Jump to the first or last item. |
| Esc | Close the picker without choosing. |
Search

Workflows

Workflow builder canvas
Inside a workflow, with the canvas focused:

| ⌘ Z / Ctrl + Z | Undo the last change. |
| ⌘ ⇧ Z / Ctrl + Shift + Z | Redo the last undone change. |
| ⌘ S / Ctrl + S | Save the current draft. |
| ⌘ ⇧ S / Ctrl + Shift + S | Open the deploy dialog. |
| ⌘ + / Ctrl + + ⌘ − / Ctrl + − | Zoom in or out. |
| ⌘ 0 / Ctrl + 0 | Reset the zoom to 100%. |
| F | Fit all nodes into view. |
| C | Center the view on the selected node. |
| Delete / Backspace | Delete the selected node or connection (a trigger node can only be replaced, not deleted). |
| Esc | Cancel a connection in progress, or clear the current selection. |
Approvals inbox
When reviewing human-approval requests, you can work through them entirely from the keyboard:

| 1 / Y | Approve the current request. |
| 2 / N | Reject the current request. |

On screens that have their own shortcuts, press ? to open an in-app help dialog listing exactly what's available there.
