Your Office AI is a managed service. We run the platform in the EU, keep it patched and backed up, and ship updates continuously — there are no servers for your team to stand up, size, or watch.
What “managed” means for you
Everything below the product is ours to run. You create an organization, invite people, and connect the tools you already use. Nothing else is your problem.
Nothing to install
The web app needs a current browser. Native apps for iOS, Android, macOS, Windows and Linux are optional and update themselves.
Hosted in the EU
Your organization’s data is stored and processed in the European Union. Which sub-processors we use, and for what, is listed publicly.
Backed up and monitored
Backups, patching, capacity and uptime are handled by us. Planned work is announced; you do not schedule maintenance windows.
Continuous updates
New capabilities arrive without an upgrade project. There is no version of Your Office AI for you to pin, migrate, or fall behind on.
What you still control
Managed hosting does not mean opaque. The choices that change how your data is handled stay yours, in the app’s settings:
- Your own AI provider keys — Bring your own model provider account and your traffic runs on your contract and your terms, instead of our managed capacity.
- Which tools are connected — Every integration is connected per organization, with the scopes you approve, and can be disconnected at any time.
- Retention and consent — Conversation retention, analytics, crash reporting and AI-training consent are per-organization switches with sensible defaults.
- Export and deletion — You can export your organization’s data, and deleting it deletes it — including from our backups, on the published schedule.
Can I self-host it?
Not yet. Self-hosted deployment is on the roadmap and is not something we sell or support today, so we would rather tell you plainly than hand you a runbook we cannot stand behind. If running Your Office AI inside your own infrastructure is a requirement — a regulator, a data-residency rule, an air-gapped network — tell us what the constraint actually is and we will talk it through and tell you honestly where we are.
