Sage Accounting

Run your books from a workflow: customers and suppliers, sales invoices and supplier bills, payments, the chart of accounts, products, services, tax rates and journals — read them, create them, and reconcile what is still outstanding.

⚠️
Not yet connectable

Sage Accounting is mapped and documented, but one-click connection isn't live yet — the app shows it as Coming soon. Only Google Calendar, Drive, Mail, and Tasks are connectable today; see the Standard integrations catalogue for what's live now.

ℹ️
Before you connect

This integration runs against a system you host, so a little setup is needed first. Share this with whoever administers it.

  • A Sage Accounting subscription. The person who connects signs in with their own Sage login, and we only ever see the businesses that login can already reach.
  • If that login has more than one business, note which one you want. Sage defaults to the first business the account ever created, so every action takes an optional Business — run List Businesses to see the ids.
  • Sage asks you to authorise us once. The permission lasts as long as it is used at least once a month; leave it unused for 31 days and Sage asks the person to sign in again.

Write actions are confirmation-gated

Actions tagged Write create, update, or delete data. In chat and agent paths they pause for your confirmation before running; workflows treat their deterministic wiring as implicit consent. Agent tools covers how to scope which actions an agent may use.

Spend & quota

Sage Accounting is governed per organization: an admin sets a monetary spend cap and a monthly call quota. A quota of 0 disables the integration — it never means unlimited. See the Integrations overview for the full governance model.
